Why Voxowa exists
Standard CRMs are built for large companies with trained staff and high-value deals. In a small business the staff are less trained and each lead is worth less, so the effort a CRM asks per lead must be very small, or it will not be used.
Voxowa fills itself from the phone's call log and asks the salesperson only about the next step, never for a report. AI call review and automatic follow-ups are add-ons to the CRM, not the point of it.
The first teams are real estate brokerages of 3 to 10 telecallers, selling in Hindi, English and Hinglish. An internal pilot is running across the owner's four in-house companies.
